Of course, it's no surprise here that MAC is my favorite type of lipstick out there. It's got a huge variety of colors, finishes, and to top it off it smells like something sweet that I just want to eat. At $15 dollars, I'd say its very affordable for the quality you are going to get, more then worth the money. So without further ado, my top 5 all time favorites!

Kinda Sexy (Matte)
- Mac's description is "neutral pinky-rose" but I must say, I think they are far off, on me at least. I also think the tube deceives you, and let me tell you the way it swatched on my arm scared me, I had ordered it online and that of course was the first thing I did, and when I swatched it I thought WHAT DID I JUST BUY!? But once it went on my lips, I was in love. It is a coraly-nude color, and it is just plain perfect to me.

Creme d' Nude (Cremesheen) - Mac's description is "pale muted peach-beige" Now this lipstick I usually can't get away with wearing by itself, it is a little too light of a nude for me and makes me look sick or even worse dead. However, I wear this more then any other lipstick. It's perfect for under a gloss, or under another lipstick to tone down the color a bit. I do not use any Mac foundation so unfortunately I can't tell you my exact shade, but in their mineralize skinfinish natural I wear medium dark, so anyone lighter then that I'm sure this will be your perfect nude! It is also just my personal preference for it not to be that light looking on the lips, but if you are a fan of that, then rock it!

#3. Syrup (lustre) - Mac's description is "cloudy pink" (whatever that means! LOL) This is my "my lips but better" color. And yes, like I'm sure you heard before, Hilary Duff is the reason I bought this, she posted a picture on twitter and it was GORGEOUS on her, it did look better on her, but I still love it.

#4. Rebel (satin) - Mac's description is "midtonal cream plum" I'm not going to lie, I was very scared of this color. In the tube it is quite intimidating. I made my sister try it on in the mac store jokingly, and she put it on, and as soon as I saw it on her I had to have it! It's not for the timid, but I think everyone should give it a chance. I also must add, my sister is much lighter then me and it looks like 2 different colors on us, so definitely try it out! (I used it without lip liner to show the true color, but it is quite messy, I def. recommend liner. This photo is with a flash also)

Pink Pearl Pop (cremesheen) - Mac's description is "frosted midtonal pink" I am a big fan of neon, and let me tell you, in the tube this is the prettiest lipstick I have ever seen! It looks like straight neon pink. On the lips though it is a very wearable, but still bright pink. I'm not sure why I don't hear more about this one, if you are looking for the perfect pink, I think this is it!
